Our story began with Steve and Paula’s father, who started an organ repair side business while working as a mechanical engineer. Watching him navigate the choice between career stability and entrepreneurship gave them an early understanding of what true independence could look like. In their thirties, Steve and Paula—a brother-sister team—made a pivotal decision: stop trading time for money and instead build scalable businesses that offered freedom, fulfillment, and financial security. Through automation, strategy, and smart growth practices, they shifted from burnout to balance.

That legacy now continues with the next generation. Paula’s son, Drew, saw the results firsthand, embraced the vision, and infused his passion for AI, automation, and streamlined systems. His innovations are modernizing how entrepreneurs grow—with less effort and greater impact.

Together, our family now operates eight businesses. But success doesn’t mean being chained to a desk.
